This agreement is a legal contract between you and Fengniao VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking, rooting, or disabling system security mechanisms may cause the App to malfunction or increase security risk.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using the Service, you may also be subject to the terms of those third-party services.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device bills, data caps, weak signals, carrier restrictions, or similar user-side conditions. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi, and roaming fees outside your country of origin are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service because of a drained battery, incorrect system settings, or third-party platform policy changes is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate routing and service information, but some data may come from third-party partners. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when needed. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service according to applicable terms.
